I called to speak with Theresa about apartment availability. Her demeanor was off and very nonchalant. Theresa if you can have this type of attitude for a prospective resident I would hate to see how you treat your residents. For future reference don't ask a prospective tenant "Why are they looking for a apartment?" A person is looking for a apartment because they need somewhere to reside. So thanks but no thanks your attitude ruined it for this property. You definitely could use some coaching and training on customer service. You're definitely lacking it and I can only imagine on how many people refuse to view the property or lease because of the lack of professionalism. If I could give zero stars I would just horrible.

Just moved and am in love with the Merritt at Sugarloaf. The community is large and well maintained. The apartments have high ceilings with beautiful crown-molding and did I mention the walk-in closets and deep soaking tubs? There is almost daily Valet trash pick up and the community trash compactor is “contactless” so you can just throw your trash over the rail into it; no eyesore here! On to the amenities…gym, pools, playground, tennis courts, lake with walking trail. I can access the gym 24/7; couldn’t with my previous rental. Bottom line, rents are competitive in Metro Atlanta so you should get what you pay for. Check out the Merritt at Sugarloaf before you decide to rent from a subpar property where the trash dump is the first thing you see and the residents are happy with it.
