I would submit proof of my 2 payments per month to the business manager and request an explanation why im not seeing the correct payment posted Per month and indicate in my letter i will make no further payments until someone explains the discrepancy..i guarantee you will get a answer from billing asap!

That is a terrible response you don’t stop making payments because that will ruin your credit. Contact the dealer and or representative that set up your payments for you to assist.
