Good place for general auto repairs and tires. Reasonable prices. Friendly service. Replaced a bad tire on my SUV and they had the tire in stock (Brand was Hankook). Service performed professionally and quickly.

I was trying to bring my element fleet to change out transmission oil. Guy in there said they do not want to service my car because it has 50k miles and is part of company policy. I hope he is right otherwise he is trying to close down this service location as well.

I brought my Mercedes Benz to get alignment. There was free battery check with promotion so I asked them to check and they said that I would need to change main battery showing that battery life span is almost 10%~40%. I decided not to change because It was working really fine before but it started to make a problem after service. Please read other reviews below. I am not the only one to think that way. Also, they said that labor cost is $200 and battery price is $200. But you know what? I changed battery $219 without any labor cost at Auto zone store. It took only 5 minutes to change the battery. Additionally, Pep boys charged additional $16 for supply service fee that I've never asked. You also have to wait over two hours for alignment and battery check. Worst ever. Please avoid this shop.

Call the place and ask
I took my car for service at Pepboys in Hackensack. When I entered the waiting area there were customers there already one of which was asleep without a face mask and snoring quite loudly. This is not Pepboys fault but you would think an employee would ask the customer to put on a mask since there were at least 5 others in the room. Pepboys employees went back and forth out of the room and said nothing. The waiting area is also not very ventilated with one way in and out and no windows or fan. Your best bet is the two tables outside near the tire section where you can sit alone or share a small round table. With the weather getting warmer I really don't see why they don't have more seating outside the building.
Not sure if they provide that service for free if you didn't purchase the tire from them. I know that Good Year does that as well as fixes flats for free.
Good product and excellent lyft drivers support center**
Call the warehouse
All Pep Boys locations sell tires. It's probably their largest business by volume.
I think it was $20 or $30. Patch has held just fine for city and highway driving.
Should run no more than about $180 for a quality battery for that car minus the core charge.
