THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. The vet was good with my dog, but whoever is doing reception is losing the office money because this isn’t the first time I’ve tried to get a hold of them!

Since Dr. Jamie is no longer at Hackensack animal Hospital I have tried on many occasions to keep going there they do not call you back they’re open they do not answer their phone if there’s an emergency you have to go somewhere else and nobody can keep Hackensack animal Hospital Open with a staff like that and I vet that really doesn’t care about animals and really doesn’t know that much either so if I were you I would not go to them anymore the best thing to do is call it Westwood animal Hospital best staff and compassionate and knowledgeable

I made an appointment thinking Dr Krauter will still be there to take care of my dog.My wife took him to adress his skin allergies that Dr Krauter has been dealing with for years.I didn't realize there was a new vet in his place.I was shocked to see the bill was more then twice as much as any one visit before that.Needless to say we're looking for a new vet.

Agree with Deborah. Also been going to Dr. J for 30 years. His prices are the best and he's so good with his patients! You can see how much he loves animals.

Our family has been using Dr. Jamie Krauter for 30 plus years. He is the only vet that I would ever choose to go to and I'd never go anywhere else unless I had to! If you go to their front counter they have a sign there with all their hours posted I took a picture and that's how I know🙂

Best to give e them a call and ask. They are very nice and affordable. I'm sure they can tell you how much the the first visit and shots would cost you

Do they help lizards here? To be specific, bearded dragons. My family recently got two more beardies and noticed one of them seemed sick. I think she may have a respiratory infection, and I want her to get help as soon as possible.

Not really sure about lizards dr. Jamie has helped with a lot of Wildlife ferrets and stuff I would call and ask it might take a different type of veterinarian for lizards
