Absolutely unprofessional approach of business. Deeply disappointing experience. Made an appointment in advance, twice checked it to be confirmed from their end. Cleared up my schedule especially for the visit. Few hours before the visit they just called and announced that they not going to accept us and will reschedule to another day. I made it clear a few times before that I have a particular time free especially for the visit and I am absolute not able to come another day. I kindly asked them to provide any other doctor at any possible time but the same day - negative!!! I was going to be a long turn client but after this experience will never try to come again and strongly suggest to other people to not having any business with such establishment.

Went here with my 1.5 year old Schnoodle who suffers with EXTREME anxiety. When visiting vets we do have to muzzle him due to his anxiety and he is quite a hand full to deal with. I have to say Dr. Desai and Lucia were so wonderful to have assist me and my dog. I was so worried he would be turned away yet again from another vet but they handled him so wonderfully and were so reassuring the entire visit. They spent the beginning of the appointment allowing my dog to warm up to him. THIS is the kind of service I been searching for. Although he was still extremely anxious and still a handful, this is no fault of theirs - he has just had horrible past experiences with Vets. For a first visit, I am so happy with my experience and how well they handled his anxiety and problematic behavior. Dr. Desai is so very kind, informative, and patient to answer my MANY questions . I was not rushed nor disregarded which is such a great feeling. I will definitely be staying with this place after our experience today. Additionally, all the staff was extremely sweet and helpful.
