My family has been going to archdale office which included a child to adult age and a father with dementia. They have been top notch in our book. Son moved to Penn. and started having serious eye problems. Dr Gilliam referred him to a eye doctor in Penn. Soon problem was solved. They took my dads eye glasses to another room to check them and then returned. My dad said, “that’s not my glasses” and he was right. Being from a nursing home, he had picked up someone’s else glasses. The staff said you are correct and handled an extreme upset man with dementia beautifully! They have sent my husband to an exceptional specialist. Friendly staff on the phone and in the office! Love this office! Would recommend them highly!

I've been using Triad Eye Associates for 7 years and have always been comforted by the level of care and attention that I've received. Even after having Lasik, I continue to go to them for annual check ups to ensure that everything is still good. Recently I had an emergency where I had pressure and discomfort around my eye, they scheduled me in within two days to make sure that I was seen.
