They do. They regularly host boating events on the lake. There are always lots of rigs and lots of tents. There are shelters and restrooms. Best to contact them to make sure your event can have them.

I am not someone who works at the resort but Roark's Ventures has stayed there many times. They do have space for that many rigs to accommodate groups. Either at the East or South side of the lake. South side will have water and electric. East side will mainly have just water. The club house does have a basic kitchen with sink, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Hope that helps. ☺
