Was looking for a campground to spend the weekend at that was close to home and hopefully enjoy maybe every other week. Called here on Aug 3, 2022 and who ever the man was that answered the phone sounded very rude. I had to beg information out of him. This is not how I want to start a relationship. Guess we will stick with the KOA campgrounds.

Phenomenal campground. Quiet, clean, meticulously maintained. Larger spaces, pristine pool. Love this place. Everything works. Camp host is a great guy. Owner on site. Level spaces.

Tent camping is limited to 3 nights maximum. Please visit our website for answers to most, if not all, questions related to our campground. We have limited our tent camping and only have 2 tent sites available now. Tent site with power & water is $40 a night (6/3/21).
We do not allow tents to be put on the RV sites.
We are sorry but our fishing pond is for registered campers only.
Yes. We have a bath house with laundry facilities, toilets and showers.
We rent tubes, canoes and kayaks for river adventures.
We have walking trails/bike trails, about 1.75 miles.
Tent campsites are $38 or $40 a night. However, we are booked for the rest of the summer for tent camping.
We have a private access ramp. It is available to campers at Dan River Campground. There is a short walk from the access to the campground road.
Prices vary according to length of stay and type of site required.
