I spoke directly with my favorite MA Kelly who told me that Dr Hernandez did not even tell her where he would be going. Kelly did say that Dr Hernandez told her to GOOGLE HIM IN NOVEMBER. I hope that help everyone cope until we find our favorite MD

I went to the San Hose office once after Dr.H left, and I haven’t been back. Dr.Anez is so rude and only cares about whether you have insurance or not (so he can make more money) please return Hernendez!!!

I am a patient of Dr Michael Hernandez and I know that this us not him. He will never abandon his patients. He is the most caring Doctor that I have in my 64 yrs if life. I have no medications and my allergy medications are not renew. Wherever Dr Hernandez is please just call us your patients but knowing this Office he prooably has no way of getting in touch if his patients because Dr Anez office is holding on to our medical records. The PA is very rude and unprofessional. Awe all need Dr Michael Hernandez back. He always worked so hard in this office. It seems like he is the only Dr that is working. Dr Hernandez this is Florence Patriarca. We all need you back to your practice. Pls call nine zero four four six five three five seven one. I will work for free to set up your office. Pls come back. I miss him so much. My last appt I asked about some meds I I get and I was told rudely that I can go somewhere else by one of the PA that were not even treating me she walked and I asked the question and was told I could go somewhere else. I wonder what will happen at my next 31 day appt and I have been out of medicine my next appt should of been Oct 29 the and I am not a person to complain staff or give them a hard time. Please dr h where are y po u I am getting sick again
