I have been going to Dr.Hernandez for a while now and out of no where he no longer works at the San Jose location. I was wondering where he is now practicing or if he is planning to start a new job anywhere else?

I was just at Dr Anez's office today and asked the same question. I did not receive any good answer but was told that he will only be seeing patients at various facilities (SNF or hospital) until October when he will completely leave Dr Anez's practice. He has been my physician for 5 years now and I want to continue seeing him medically so if anyone does know where he may be practicing please let us all know. Excellent Dr.

Wow there are so many people looking for Dr. Hernandez, he has been my and my mom's doctor for years....she is truly disappointed that he is no longer there....I also got no answers😞
