I had a physical today and I waited two and a half hours past my appointment time.I get anxiety just knowing if I have to make a phone call over to Baptist health. The hold time is minimum45 minutes and more when you call the officeThis is been going on for years. I have been a patient there for 20 years and I've had enough I will be looking to change doctors.

Love the Dr’s at this location. The lab is a different story. I had an 815 appointment when I showed up there were 5 people waiting that had already been here for 25 minutes. It took the techs 20 minutes to bring the clipboard back out. You can here them chatting away but not moving with any sense of urgency with a room full of people. I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes and they have they just called back the second patient. It gets better after 45 mini minutes of waiting I’m told my orders are not in correctly and I have to go upstairs to fix it. Don’t overbook your lab when you are learning a new system I’m now 2 hours late for work instead of 1

Always a very long wait. How can they be so behind all the time. It does not matter if you get a morning or afternoon appointment. Why is there time more important than a paying customer. Also I had test results and was told a doctor would call in two days to discuss. I have never received the call. Need to find a new medical provider.

This is pretty common for this office, sadly. But... I believe the reason, is a good thing though. The doctors there, (besides my primary, Dr. Calhoun, I've seen Andre and one other), take a good amount of time with you to discuss your problems and treat you. Most of the other places I've been, take less time, don't care as much, and rush you out. So your time waiting, is time that the doctors are spending listening to other patients in depth... just like they will with you when you eventually get seen.
That's what we have and they accept it.
Not sure. Suggest you call them to find out. :-)
