Was good experience at Urgent Care. Just took too long for paper work before being seen. Maybe could be shortened some or finished after being seen. Was in a lot of pain and couldn’t focus very well on paper work in that situation. Took too long to get filled out.

I was able to get an appointment right away and do all of the registration online before showing up to the clinic. The appointment was on time and the provider was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend it.

Quick and easy check-in, even though I was a walk-in Ruth was very friendly and professional while she took my vitals. Dr. Alex Brown could not have been nicer. He asked many questions about my health and current difficulties. He listened and was very careful in order to decide the best medicine to help me but to avoid an interaction with my other meds. Many thanks for an outstanding experience at St. Vincent’s.

Ascension | Oct 2, 2021
Ascension | Oct 2, 2021

Respiratory Syncytial Virus, or RSV, may appear like a bad cold to adults. For infants or young children, RSV can cause bronchiolitis -- a virus which causes swelling and an increase in mucus in the airway. This can cause difficulty breathing through their nose and eventually dehydration due to difficulty latching to the breast or bottle for infants. Other symptoms of RSV may include a fever or a very wet sounding cough, which can turn into coughing fits. Those coughing fits can cause a child to gag and potentially vomit.

When you need care more immediately and your regular doctor isn’t available, you may be trying to decide between urgent care or an emergency room. For life-threatening emergencies and serious illness or injury, such as shortness of breath, chest pain, open fractures or severe bleeding, go to an emergency room. When you need care for minor illness or injury, such as allergies, fevers, cuts without severe bleeding that may need stitches or a severe sore throat, and your doctor isn’t available, seek urgent care. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, go directly to the ER or dial 9-1-1.

This place was in network for my insurance, then when the bill came they used codes for an out of network doctor and charged outrageous prices. Still in dispute. Go to Carespot at least the billing is honest.
