If you know you have any sort of fitness goal (lose/gain weight, get jacked, increase your cardio conditioning, or just to avoid injury or look good in a suit), JaxFit is going to be the most effective way to have yourself heard, develop a plan to get there, and then (most importantly) help you hold yourself accountable to actually doing it. the gym itself has a healthy mixture of complete noobs, elite-level athletes, and everything in between (plus whatever *gestures wildly* I am), and an experienced staff from different walks/perspectives of life that are there to not only push you, but *actually* make sure your form is good so you don’t hurt yourself, and each exercise does what it’s intended to do. Getting fit requires hard work and time - there’s no shortcut around it. JaxFit is the superior way to outsource everything involved other than the weights going up and down and the food going in and out, so that you are not wasting either of those things. Highly, highly recommend.

Yes. All of our members get a personalized nutrition plan, and nutrition coaching as a part of their membership.
Absolutely. Your first session is always free. We also offer our 30 Day Results in Advance Program. With it, you can try JaxFit for 30 days (personal training, nutrition coaching, group classes) for a serious discount so you can get Results in Advance before you commit to a long term plan.
This is our version of one-on-one personal training. Traditional personal training costs upwards of $60 per hour in Jacksonville. It also requires you to be locked into one trainer. At JaxFit, we believe that elite training shouldn’t just be for the uber rich. Our semi-private approach offers you the same individualized workouts tailored to your goals, but for half the cost and with way more scheduling flexibility. Your training sessions will be with a small group of (up to) four other members. This intimate size allows for the same personalized coaching you’d get with traditional one-on-one training, along with the chance to meet new friends / possible hook-up partners. And since it’s cheaper (Memberships start at only $35/session), you can work out more often and get faster results.
We have 8 sessions every weekday (Mon-Fri). 5:30,6:30, 7:30 AM. 11 AM and 12 PM. 4,5,6 and 6:30 PM. We also have 2 sessions every Saturday at 8 and 9 AM as well free classes for our members at 8 and 9 AM.
Hi Amrita, All of our training is done a Semi-Private setting. Each client receives a personalized program and individual coaching in a group of 3-4 other clients. It's not like Crossfit or Orange Theory were everyone is doing the same workout, each client will be performing an individualized workout tailored to get them to their goals. Jacksonville Fitness Academy is a coaching facility. Our sole focus is getting you the results you want. We bring you from where you are to where you want to be with straight forward, personalized programming and coaching. When you’re here there is no guess work. Every exercise, weight and warm up has been planned specifically for you so you can reach your goals in the quickest, safest and most fun way. Whether you want to lose 10 pounds of fat or gain 15 pounds of muscle we will create the perfect program for you. We’re not like commercial gyms because we build our programs around you.
