By touching, does that include them possible hurting you? I saw a trailer for the asylum and seen someone being dragged, grabbed by the neck and even held down to a chair. This is not the case is it?

Depending on the character. I was wearing a glow necklace which means touching is allowed. If you don't wear it, they don't touch you. One was petting my hair. Other one grapped my shoulder and one pulled & hold me up in the air for a sec and put me down again. Nothing super scary. I don't think that character will try to do it with bigger/heavier guys though haha. Oh, but you are not allowed to touch the actors.

The "touching" is the character's interaction with you as part of the storyline. It's not aggressive or painful/hurting manner. This is also optional if you do not wish (they provde glowsticks to people who want this kind of interaction)
