Very unprofessional, I had a gentleman by the name of Carlos with Allied security speak to me in a manner that was unacceptable. On Google and states that the office opens at 8:30 AM and closes at 4:30 PM however even though I arrived at 3:30 Carlos stated that since the door was closed I should have known that they were close for today.

In reality it’s not just this place it’s for unemployment offices across the state my original email That is on file when I opened my claim is no longer my email now my phone in information got robbed I could not retrieve and recover the email that is on file so I cannot get into my account because all the information that they send me to try to regain it all the questions go to that email I told him hundreds of times that email no longer exists with me and I cannot get anyone to direct me to the right person to get it changed I sold my house I need to change my address my banking I have money to claim and I cannot claim it it’s been going on for three months I filed ID may New Jersey I gave them all that information and I had a phone interview with them and they had the audacity to tell me they take they cannot change my email I do not know what to do I call department of labor in Trenton and the phone is completely busy I called the 201601 number and for the last two weeks they say to call back the next day I’ve tried every option the Internet has showed me and none work I can’t believe that in this day and age I cannot get someone to help me to get into my account I need my money I need to feed my children it just seems like these people don’t care I know that they’re busy and I can understand that but I am going through this process for over three months I thought ID me was the way to verify and change your email to a new primary email and they’re telling me that they can’t do it can someone please help me from this office and direct me to someone that I really can get help from

Where to begin. Maybe with the rude security that made me wait outside the building and then allowed others in during my appointment…. The incompetent, and that is putting lightly employee sitting behind that desk that was rude, slow, and ultimately completely unhelpful. I moved to this state a year ago, and folks it’s not like this elsewhere. This state needs some serious help. I was told at first I had no claim. And to file one. This was done on a phone. I couldn’t help but think the lady just didn’t want to do anything. I eventually explained to her I had done the claim online. I had done the E-verify. I had filed my claim for the side job I quite. (This was a 10 hour a week side job). I still worked my other job full time 45 hours a week………. It’s been two months. I owe rent. It’s a good thing I do have another job now and didn’t have to collect for very long. But I need that money to make bills this month. I can’t imagine what this is like for others… this state is just something else. And that office is the worst. It’s been 2 months…
