Very nice community. Hugo (peoperty manager) runs an excellent team of dedicated people ( don't know that it could be done better). Can't ask for more. Well salted ahead of potential storms and ice in winter, people tend to get friendlier as neighbors in the summer, parking well managed. Great setup for washing machines and above all mutual respect and safety!

Big apartments, good location. Buildings looks really nice they take care of the place, maybe a too strict in some rules like no dogs. Rent on the high side, cheaper to just buy the apartmrnt
