No wait at all, and everyone I encountered here was very helpful and caring. I chose The Urgent Care at Vermont because I couldn't get an appointment with my primary care doctor any time soon, and they took great care of me. : )

I am a 75 year young grandmother. I walk 5-6 miles a day along the LA River. I always walk in my Berkinstocks . I have since the 70s . A week ago I stubbed my toe. The pain was intense. I have a high pain threshold. I even taught school with a ruptured appendix. Anyhow I felt ridiculous walking into Urgent Care At Vermont. I filled out a simple form , apologized profusely about taking their time because my toe was a pain level 10 out of 10. I was seen immediately. The young handsome medical worker listened to me and measured my height and weighed me. He took my temperature and blood pressure and listened with compassion. He congratulated me on my vitals and ability to walk long distances. Then the doctor arrived. After we chatted about family and teaching school, he buddy taped my toe and told me to never walk in Birkenstocks ever again. He told me to take 800 mg of ibuprofen, use ice and elevate my foot. He assured me that taking such a high dosage of ibuprofen for a week would not harm my kidneys. My whole visit took 14 minutes. This clinic is fast, efficient and completely competent. The intake clerk, medical assistant and doctor all deserve raises or a party or at least a free meal. There are kind and caring folks in this world. Took my son there who had a sore throat. The experience was far better than I had expected. Front desk was friendly and we had a very short wait time. Facility was clean and well organized. Street Parking was a challenge. No homeless zombies hanging around like a lot of urgent cares.
