Only if you are wearing a glow in the dark necklace which they supply. At anytime you decide to no longer participate, they tell you to remove the necklace and throw it on the floor and you will no longer be touched.
It's one of those glow in the dark necklace things and they're real good about it if you do decide to try. They're not at all aggressive like Bane in Livingston where multiple "actors" continuously, extremely aggressively, grab people by the back of the neck. Both my wife and I were injured from this twice, complained twice, two different years, and they still do it. Brighton doesn't operate like that and they're attraction is 100 times better as well.
