At some areas you are permitted to take pictures or videos but remember even if they allow you to bring them inside once they inspected safely, personally i don't think you will be comfortable whit them because all the crowd will be trying to watch the same things that you are trying to picture or record in video in front on yourself personally I don't think it will be a good idea and won't recommend at least maybe if you are one of the first visitors and maybe a whole lot people be walking around doing the tour
Areas where u r not supposed to enter w. Very moving and personal exhibit.
There are certain exhibits where photography is prohibited. I do remember seeing one or two people with the monopod attached to their camera in the area of the larger displays.
Cameras are allowed inside but no flash.
You're not allowed to take pictures everywhere inside.
Personally I am not sure what the rules say about tripods. Although from a visitor's perspective, I wouldn't because camera's aren't highly looked upon and the place was packed when I went. I would leave it at home and do all your camera work by hand.
