I purchased tickets on line and printed them for our October 8th visit to the museum. I understand by advance purchasing we do not have to stand in line. Is there a special entrance for having tickets? Want to figure it out before we arrive.

You should be able to directly go to the entrance if you have tickets. The ticket counter is located separate from the entrance.

Yes. You can go right in via seperate line with printed tickets. Even if you are in the line you should get on your smart phone, pay with card then screenshot your confirmation number in order to secure your entrance particularly for tours since they are timed and limited in numbers. Plan to spend a good three hours split ahead of and after the tour time in order to absorb everything. There are lots of things to take in and tours give great insights but cant cover everything. The emergency responders tour is done once a day and has lots of human hero stories in it. Highly valuable to learn the stories.

Just make sure that the tickets are for entry and not just pre pay (and you still have to print the tickets when you get there). We had a family in front of us who was denied entry at the line and were to go get tickets printed to enter. I am not aure how was their tickets purchased.

The entrance is to the left of the ticket office. No special entrance.
