I want to get free tickets but the website doesn't load, although it is Monday 7am. The same happened the previous Monday as well. The site works fine but when the time is 7am Monday it stops working. Does anybody know why or can help me?

The site probably crashes due to that being a popular time I suggest to just keep trying.
