"A" train to howard beach then airtrain, make sure you're on the Rockaway branch. If yo stay on the Lefferts Blvd branch, then the Q10 bus. E train the other direction to Sutphin blvd then airtrain again. Or even better, use Google maps to plot your route.
Yes, take the E train. You can also take the A train, but it only stops during late nights.
