The subway is the best thing about New York. It makes it possible to visit all of it. Thank you ☺️

One of my favorite stations because of the artwork of Tom Ottensosser
Sir Bernard Mendes France
One of the most outfitted station stops with sculptural pieces situated along the quay platforms, made of highly polished bronze. Nearly identical to Disney-like characters it is delightfully appealing though terribly underscored over time inside the walking areas servicing both the A and C Uptown/Downtown train lines. A definite added feature that enhances the artistic imagination to the subways. Though underserved in other respect stop.

This is the eastern terminus for the MTA's "L Train," line and junction of the J/Z/N/Q/R lines. The "L Train," platforms are always extraneously packed with people coming and going up and down the stairs.

Take the E train to Washington Sq and then get on the F train.
No subway gets there. But the closest, most probably, is the E train going to Queens, at its Lexington Avenue & 57th Stop. Check stops of the E train to verify this.
