Theres a parking lot at the trail head if that's full you can park across the street at the other park
There is actually a really small sand lot on the right of Anchorage Road all the way at the end. From here you can walk to the beach which connects to the park. It is tricky because there are 2 rows of cars and you will get blocked in if you are not in front.

There is no place to park. It is only accessible via walking the beach or by boat.
