You can get license at any Walmart there's one not far away, there is a little store that handles tackle and bait probably less than 2 mi from Allen I'm not sure but I believe they sell license also. Yes you do need one I believe it's like a $500 fine if you were caught without one
Yes if you're coming from Belmont on the left it used to be Jim's grocery they have plenty of bait
