This looked like it use to be a cool little park, but has fallen into disrepair. It still has a cool old bridge you can walk on with the surface in old wood planks! In addition the bluff is really cool and if you stand in correct spot you will hear you echo, thus the name of park, plus the cliff/bluff is cool to see. If your on the Native Stone byway, take a mile south off the byway and check it out.

Park isn't maintained, but a cool off road site to see. The picnic seats were concrete poured into barrels likely so they wouldn't float away if the water rose. An old curved bridge is still there that goes over the creek. Fun to explore!

Very peaceful park. Easy access to the creek below. Not a very busy place for a Saturday. A very large portion of a huge tree had fallen up by the tables and should be cleared for safety reasons. Will be back to enjoy the waters and trails.

Technically no. Its sun up to sun down. I usually bring a trash bag to pick up. The more popular its become the more litter. Beautiful location.
Yes
