This is Chantel Routh, Office Manager at R-Tech Tool & Machine. We are a small, family owned company with one receptionist. Although our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 9am-4pm, our receptionist does have to close the lobby when she leaves to pick up our mail (she is usually gone around 15 minutes when leaving to check the mail, the time varies). We do always put our closed sign with the time we will return on the front door, in order to hopefully help with the confusion of visitors coming to our facility while the lobby is closed for a short period of time. Unfortunately, we do not have anyone to always fill the void while she is required to run an errand. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced while trying to visit our facility.
