Good for walking around but no places to stop and relax.

Quiet walk in the woods. Some hills but not very steep. Most of the walk was in the shade. My only complaint was the trail markings. I used the AllTrails app to navigate.

It is a loop trail so you end up back in the parking lot. . You walk past a salt marsh. I walked it on Sunday. Most of the walk was in shade. It was very quiet and peaceful. Only saw 2 other groups walking. Some hills but not too steep.
Very limited parking space, but you can find parking along the side of nearby streets
