Call the ASPCA. I believe they spay and neuter pitbulls for free. If they do not the Humane Society does. I'm not sure if they would do it in Glendale. But they have Vans all over the city for the public. It's a little bit time consuming but try to get through the ASPCA regular phone
This clinic is for rescuers only and is free if you are tnr certified. You can take online class get certified and get an appointment to fix your dog free.
