They are Sabbath observant. So they are closed on Saturdays. They close early on Friday, about 2-3 hours before sunset and During the winter months they're open for a short time on Saturday nights.

They have no fixed inventory. They buy items by lot and sell them retail. They may have heating pads today but none tomorrow if they get sold out, with the chance of having heating pads again very low.
