How do you get in contact with a LIVE representative in the customer service department or Managers office if the automated representative keeps administering the same message with NO other options to speak with someone?

I'll say go there in person and speak to a manager or report the business to Better Business Bureau

You have to be there in person. The owner of the store never there, but manager is there.
