Got to go to the FDR Drive all alongside the FDR Drive from 23rd to South Street Seaport I don't know if they're closing the FDR Drive but all along side of it underneath you can see the fireworks
Park will close around dusk.

Good question, im not a 100 percent sure since I was there only once but most likely it'll be open for the public to see fireworks
