I found this stray dog in my yard last night. I don't know what to do with him, he seems kind of scared, I don't know who he belongs to, is this a safe place to take him? He deserves love . I feel so bad for him, what can I do for him?

No, it's not, especially if it's a pittie. All the animals only have so long, and if not adopted, they are euthanized.
