When is the best time of the day to come and eat?

Before 5pm unless you want to wait. But they do have call ahead waiting to get on wait list.

We arrived at about 4PM and it wasn't too busy at all. There wasn't a wait to get a table or to get our food.

They stay busy most all the time. But wait if they are very busy. It's definitely well worth it.

Yes, 5 or earlier if you can, no wait during week, but worth the wait even if it's later or the weekend.
