I took my boat in with what I thought was a large problem. It was during the lunch hour and the technician stopped eating lunch and began showing me how to fix it and then the owner came out and actually fixed it right in front of the building using his tools and supplies. He didn't charge me a thing. I have had my boat in there for other repairs and experienced great communication and fixed right the first time. Great to see a business like this in Valdosta. I highly recommend!

Drove 8 hrs to buy a boat from Winsel. He had answered all of our questions before heading down and had everything ready and waiting to go when we got there. He let us look over the boat and test drive the boat and was not the least bit pushy. Gave us plenty of time and space to make sure the boat was what we wanted. All in all a great experience!
