I have lived within a mile of mill since I was 12 years old. My father worked in mill. My husband and I ran the cafeteria for 11 years. We did catering within the mill. It was always clean. It has been a good place to live and have some great friends. I am 79 years old and I got used to the smell and black ash on clothes I hung outside without a problem.

It's awesome to look at driving by. It smells awful though. I read on another review that it's paper being made.

Absolutely must is clear trailer. Make sure there is no nails in the floor. Fcfs based, no appointment needed. Easy check in. You must be in long sleeves, long pants, yellow vest, closed top shoes, and safety glasses (they provide) all the time while onsite and outside your vehicle. Easy to park, slide tandems to the back, choke the wheels, landing gear to the ground, no need to disconnect trailer. Wait time approximately 30 mins. Very well organized facility.
