Unable to get ss card replacement without leaving license acutual birth certificates, things I’m unable to do without , don’t have medical records and won’t accept photo copies and who knows if we’ll actually see it again. 2 years in a row unable to see someone this is completely absurd and negligent. There are people in there working they can’t come out do what they need and return them right there ,They’re onsite. This is completely unacceptable
