Fantastic experience. Tasca Kia offered the hottest car on the market (Kia Telluride) at MSRP and didn’t price gouge, which is rare these days. Even though it took a bit to get delivered, it was WORTH THE WAIT! Our car showed up in pristine condition and the purchase process was a breeze. All of this was thanks to Carissa Shangraw! I can’t say enough good things about how supportive Carissa was throughout our purchase process. She answered every question in record time, was always kind and helpful, and she made pickup day extra special with a sign and walk through experience unique for our family. She also checked in a few days later to make sure everything was going well once we brought the car home. Carissa is a gem and provided 5-star service from our first meeting to now. We’ll definitely be back to purchase future cars from Carissa at Tasca and will recommend friends and family do the same. (Shout out to Sarkis in Finance, too. He rocks and managed to make even the money part a good time!)

Five stars! Chris was great! He helped me find the right car for me and was very responsive to my follow-up emails and calls as I waited for my new car to be delivered. Throughout the search and buying process everyone at Tasca appeared great. So thankful to Chris and the crew for getting me in my first brand new car!

Carissa got us into a great car! We wanted a new car, but not necessarily new car pricing. Carissa found us a “used” model from this year with tons of optional features and only 5,000 miles on it - practically new! This allowed us to purchase the upgraded model, and we’re very happy. The process was painless and easy, and overall a great experience. Carissa knows her stuff, and made us feel right at home. Minimal haggling, great car at a reasonable price.

My boyfriend bought a car on June 11th, 2018 as he has had nothing but huge issue's since he put down $10,000 We have been to this dealer ship numerous time's, Gary LaRoche has to now pay a car payment & ins. So we filed a report against Creico Kia

Call a guy Paul he's in the office behind Honda, they made offices in that old whse. Behind Honda. They also have an office in Lincoln rt 116. Paul Is very good at putting out fires. I stopped buying from them. Because of there broken promises and lies big turnover. Call attorney general if no one helps. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CASE THAT'S THEIR JOB. Don't forget lemon law you have to bring it back 4 times for the same problem. Then you have a case.
