If a child gets scared or has to use the bathroom do we have to remain the whole hour tour? We have a family member who has to use the bathroom frequently.

There is absolutely no place to go to the bathroom in the cave. It is not safe for anyone to even try and leave the tour. I would recommend if the person really wants to take the tour then wear depends (or if it's a child) have them wear a diaper for that hour. The tour guide does at one point shuts his flashlight off to show people how dark the cave is with no light. Trying to see your own hand when the flashlight is off is impossible. I would sincerely recommend that person skip this tour.

There is no where to use the bathroom in the caves. Only bathrooms are in parking lot. If the party can not hold it for at least 40 minutes then probably not a good idea to do the tour.
