Probably, however pets should not be in areas where they prepare or serve food. Know that service animals probably have an all access pass, while working. Reminder, emotional pets under ADA are not considered Service Animals
Service animals CAN be in areas where food is served. That is very clear in the ADA guidelines. I was asked to leave an establishment, that is against the law. The place has since been closed down. Another place told me my dog was not allowed. Manager was sent back through ADA training. Now they are allowed. No identifiers are required by law. Nor are they allowed to ask for pet to prove his function. I keep a copy of ADA with me and when someone tells me to leave, I show them the law. True service animal owners know guidelines. Nor do they need to be registered. I do keep a copy of my doctor's note that states they are required service animals but that is all it starts. I am not a walking target iin a red vest, nor are my dogs.
I think only if it is a service dog
Only if it's a service dog
