I called Dillard's cosmetic for a makeup appointment on August 30. My event was on September 17. Candle booked me for this service and asure me the date was open and that she will be able to received me. Today I called her to confirm. She answered my call and CANCELED. This happened hours before my event. She could have notify me on time for me to find another place, but she didn't do it. She had more than two weeks to let me know; but she opted for not!! I am very disappointed!! She is not reliable!!

No I do not know, but I think it is only by special invitation. I am hoping someone who does know does talk about it. I was there last year by accident, and it was awesome!
