The Gaming Empire
It tells the general history of Chandler and also includes a miniature Chandler Sports Hall Of Fame. Most of the really intriguing things are in the events though. The museum itself is also really short. Visit if you wish.

The museum focuses on the city of Chandler. If you go to their website it will explain all the events they have. As of now there is no admission fee.

Currently it's free. But in the future, they will start charging a fee. I don't know how soon that will be, or how much the fee will be.
No. There are rooms more suited for classes. They have had music outside on the patio.
I am not sure where you wish to go. Costco is there, but they only allow service dogs. There is also the new Chandler Museum. I think they would also only allow service dogs. It's best to contact the place you wish to visit. Otherwise you may need to leave your dog outside. Please always leave him in the shade with water. The Arizona can be very hot and dehydrating. And in the heat, please don't ever leave your dog in the car, it against the law.
