Absolutely terrible experience all around. Showed up for a scheduled appointment and after waiting 40 minutes, I inquired about when I'm going to be seen just to be told that I need to reschedule because the tech didn't come to work. When I asked why they didn't call me to let me know before arriving, they're response was I don't know. I waited another 30 minutes to talk to a manager and she was extending rude, unapologetic and did not take any accountability for dropped balls. I will not be returning

Go to the website and click the top left three line corner. Go to patient resources then click patient portal and it'll give you the option to create an account. Or just call the office and they will walk you through the process.
