Christopher “kit” Serrone is the most disrespectful, rude, uncaring, least passionate provider ever. I clearly had a broken bone but he did nothing, but prescribes crackheads off the streets oxys and Xanax, but I come in with an actual broken bone wanting just an X-ray and he does nothing. Never going back, don’t recommend this place to anyone. I also heard him yelling at a coworker (the door was open) saying “f*** you” and told all his coworkers to “f*** off” and he threw his laptop across the room, and that’s when I decided to never see him as a provider again.

Very unorganized. The staff is somewhat friendly, but forget about getting your results back for anything in a timely manner. They require multiple appointments (which are not cheap) for things that could have easily been done in a single visit. Sounds money-hungry to me. Would not recommend.

Service is okay. Nothing special, nothing bad. No masks required, which is odd since it is a medical facility. The PA was coughed (maskless) a few times during my last visit and it made me extremely uncomfortable. Lobby was also con comfortable. All other medical facilities I visit still require masks (I take a sick family member to a lot of them). Okay medical service is hard to find but I will likely find a facility that cares more about the ongoing pandemic, especially at a time where transmission levels are so high.
