It's Wal-Mart. The people really don't care. They are just there to get a pay check. Try not to let it ruin your day. It's not worth it
I see, i was in the express lane because there are only two registers that can sell tobacco, none of the rest can, and i ended up having to grab a manger to the register to ring me up amd help the girl, who was having troubles for over 30 min with just one customer, i was the only other one, i would have loved to use a customer service desk or any other register but only express is in control of tobacco at this one
Because you should be in the self check out lane and not adding to the congestion with your one item. Wow
Sometimes, they are a little backed up or mixed up with things like this. You just have to wait it out or try another line (if it is to your convenience) based on my experience.

That Walmart is one of the worst. Will never go back.
That is just walmart and their management not enough training is provided as needed. They all learn at job dont care about customers, target stores are also becoming like this. Dont let these get to u and ruin your day and ur life. Trust me talking to anyone at store would nt help, example they introduced walmart pay a while back and told us customers to use and when i was at checkout lane i realized no one in store knew what it was. It took hrs and i just paid with a card to end it.
