Two stars for the volunteer at the front desk. Went in to donate, and ended up deferred for a medication. This made no sense to me because I was able to donate without issue a few months ago. Contacted the Red Cross directly and was told that I was eligible. Apparently I got a lazy phlebotimist today. Don't waste your time,; my gut was correct. Donate blood somewhere else.

I have never had an issue here that was the staff's fault. The volunteers and staff are friendly and professional. I will say the phlebotomists are always short handed but that's not my issue.

I've not donated anywhere else since high school....I'm waaaay beyond that now. I've not received anything but the best service/reception here. My most recent donation was Double Red. Appt was for 9 a.m. I arrived 5 minutes early and was out by 10:10. Charlise was incredibly kind and shared her knowledge with me as I went through the process. All the staff was respectful and kind during my donation period.
