Great and clean equipment with nice staff. However, it's not as safe as it could/should be. There's no security to make sure kids are leaving with their parents and not someone else. The music is also not needed, it's loud enough with the kids playing and I couldn't hear any of the announcements. Nice place to visit, but stay with your kid and talk to them about safety before going in.

Took my 1 year old son for his cousin birthday party. Great set up, but the mixture of kid ages was my issue. 10 year old kids on baby slides and in the ball pit. So every minute it’s me making sure no big kid falls on my son or hit him coming down the kitty slide. I’ll say it’s on parents to tell their kid go on the big kid side. And they need to take the time to clean the place. It’s like non stop family after family. So also, having to make sure my son wasn’t touching or putting his face on anything was another thing. Besides that good energy.

Too crowded, too unorganized.
For 13months-2yrs, Mon-Thurs it's $9.99. Fri-Sun it's $14.99. Children's admission price comes with 2 free adults and you can add adults for $5.99 each. Admission price is for the whole day, no time restrictions.

My suggestion is to call to get that answer because due to COVID-19 a lot of spots have changed hours etc.. To my understanding most days they are open at 9am. It is super fun for the kids you will not be disappointed.. good luck

Yes theres a strictly toddler play area and party rooms are near by. Weekends are busy. I believe the earlier u get there the better. If u can avoid a weekend for a party you miss major crowding.

They have a substantial amount of people everyday. My children and I have been several different times for different occasion and we enjoyed ourselves despite the number of people

I would say up to 12yrs old. As all comments stated, 3 sections that break up the 1-12yr old range....but I dont think older kids are excluded I've just never seen any older than ~12

It's hit or miss for weekend parties. Sometimes it's not crowded & sometimes it is. You can call and ask how many parties are scheduled for the day of your party, but that would not include the count of general admission. Also, try visiting on a Sunday around the time you want to host your party to get a better feel.
