Staff is very welcoming from the front desk staff Jessica to the assistant in the back. They always make sure patients are comfortable. They accept mostly PPO's If you have an HMO or DMO call the number on the back of the card to find a Dental office that accepts that insurance. All the best.

Once you start the process and actually get the braces you go every month to have the braces adjusted and depending on how bad the teeth are it can take anywhere from 6 months to a year or more to wear them but they have a consultation with you fist to discuss how things will go and the cost of it all
I belief they do. They accept only private insurance and 1199 is private.
