I’m so happy with the final result of getting my braces off. Even tho it was a long process for me WSO made it the best experience I could have had. I was so pleased with everyone’s positive attitude In the orthodontist and everyone in the staff made me feel very comfortable.

Booked a consultation for Invisalign, and waited 30 minutes to be seen. Appointment itself went well but then I never heard back with a proposed treatment plan, despite following up twice on the phone over a two week period. I was later told that I should just try to come in to receive my treatment plan, because the orthodontist was otherwise too busy to look at my file. I’m taking my business elsewhere due to the lack of respect for my time
