Yes the prices are the same unless you have a membership then you get a discount.
Everyone is correct. However, I heavily recommend membership as it does ease the price of books, but other goods as well and has benefits including reward gift cards after spending X amount of money which can be used at this store.
The book I bought is the same price online and in store. (I don't have a membership, so I don't know if that would apply in store as it does online.)
If you are looking at the manga side of things your shounen jump titles in English are usually about 9.99 and about 7.99 in Japanese. I hope this helps
